3. Click and Collect 

Click and Collect (local pick-up) is available at our store location. For all in-stock items one of our store team members will contact you via sms or designated contact number to notify you when your order is picked ready for collection. Please note that at times some of our stock is stored outside of our stores and for these items a delay in having these orders ready for collection maybe experienced. Please note that all bikes need to be assembled and checked for safety standards and that this will take a longer time than a small in-stock item that is easily picked and does not require assembly. At the time of order collection, you must bring your order confirmation email, valid photo ID (drivers licence or passport and your credit card used at the time of processing the transaction. Giant reserves the right to cancel a Click and Collect order at any time.
